Job Summary
Coordinate and dispatch HVAC service technicians to respond to service calls, preventive maintenance, and emergencies. Serve as the primary communication link between customers, technicians, and management; monitor routes and workloads for efficiency; communicate appointment details, updates, and delays; maintain accurate records of service calls and work orders; coordinate parts availability and job status with technicians; assist with invoicing and data entry; ensure compliance with safety procedures and service standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- associate degree preferred
- Previous dispatching, scheduling, customer service, or HVAC industry experience preferred
