HVAC Designer (for projects in Switzerland)

Job Summary
HVAC Designer responsible for creating, interpreting, and adapting P&ID schematics for complex HVAC systems; sizing hydraulic networks and selecting equipment; choosing HVAC components; applying redundancy concepts; coordinating with other disciplines; developing and implementing HVAC control concepts; commissioning in data centers and industrial environments; 3D modeling and scheme drawings; BoQ extracts and calculations; remote/hybrid work setup with offices in Poznań, Kraków or Łódź and distributed collaboration in Switzerland. Proficiency in industry software for network sizing and system design, BIM (including Revit), and CDE management; strong collaboration across disciplines; English at B2 level; Italian and German language skills are desirable; previous leadership potential for coordinating junior modelers."
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in HVAC engineering or vocational HVAC training
- Minimum 7 years of experience
- Solid knowledge of HVAC technology and components
- Experience with industry-specific software for network sizing and system design
- Experience in datacenters and industrial facilities
- Understanding of redundancy, control, and system integration
- Familiarity with CDE management (Common Data Environment)
- Coordinating work of junior designers
- Deep understanding of BIM process
- Independent and structured working style
- Flexibility to deal with challenging projects
- Ability to collaborate across disciplines and coordinate projects
- Languages: English B2
