HVAC Design Technician Career Level

Develop HVAC system designs for semiconductor and high-tech facilities, acting as a standalone designer or lead for wet/dry side systems with minimal supervision. Create and coordinate project deliverables including models, P&IDs, sketches, and equipment diagrams while conducting field surveys of existing conditions. Review and validate designs for accuracy, resolve cross-discipline conflicts, and provide technical guidance to entry and intermediate-level staff. Assist with engineering calculations and participate in code reviews, design status meetings, and submittal processing to support construction documents and proposals.
