Job Summary
Schedule customers, resolve customer complaints, and dispatch service technicians within the HVAC Service Department. Collaborate with the CSR team to manage daily operations while maintaining high attention to detail and strong communication with both co-workers and clients. Utilize Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook to support these duties. This role requires reliable transportation and the ability to commute to Round Rock, TX, with significant additional pay available for on-call rotations, night shifts, weekends, and holidays. Required Qualifications
- Very organized
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail
- Time management skills
- Excellent communication skills with both co-workers and customers
- Reliable transportation to and from the office
- Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work
- Willing to work weekends, holidays and overtime as needed, for on-call rotations
