Job Summary
Answer incoming phone calls from potential and current clients, answer questions, set appointments, and schedule home visits. Document accurate project details and customer concerns, monitor voicemails, respond to emails, and send appointment confirmations. Follow up with customers over the phone to ensure everything is going well and maintain client satisfaction. Work Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm with Saturdays and Sundays required. Earn hourly wage plus monthly commissions on service plan sales.
