Job Summary
Program, start-up, troubleshoot, and service Building Automation Systems controlling commercial HVAC equipment. Install, commission, and replace field controllers for DDC systems, including wiring termination and point-to-point commissioning. Interpret mechanical and electrical drawings to determine wiring terminations and maintain open communications with supervisors and project managers. Document service reports and keep management apprised of job progress and issues while meeting project deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-5 years HVAC controls experience
- Valid driver's license
- Must clearly communicate in verbal and written form
- Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings
- Ability to work on a team and communicate effectively with others
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Honeywell, Distech and Johnson Controls preferred
- Tridium Niagara Certification preferred
