Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day activities of a field technician team and plan monthly technician routes. Lead and supervise the team, analyze performance, coordinate with sales to support installation opportunities, and drive profitability, safety, and customer satisfaction. Ensure safety compliance, develop staff through performance reviews and development plans, recruit and retain operational staff, and drive collaboration across operations, finance, and account management. Assess and improve delivery processes, monitor contracts and service levels, and participate in reviews of bids and estimates for accuracy. Requires several years of HVAC operations leadership, Metasys experience, and Six Sigma Green Belt; Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business or equivalent experience is preferred. Salary range $90,000–$130,000 with competitive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum five (5) years of progressive operational experience in HVAC services
- Three (3) years of management experience with responsibility for productivity and development of others
- Six Sigma Green Belt
- Johnson Controls Metasys experience
- Eight (8) years experience in an operational HVAC role with leadership responsibilities
- Preferred Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business or equivalent working experience
