Job Summary
Commercial HVAC Controls Service Professional with 10+ years of experience responsible for troubleshooting, commissioning, and servicing building automation systems and HVAC controls to meet client needs. Role involves providing technical support, documenting work, maintaining service records, and communicating with customers and engineering staff. Requires knowledge of building automation systems, HVAC controls software, pneumatic/electronic controls, electrical schematics, and experience with Tridium Niagara Framework and industry protocols (BACnet, Lonworks, Modbus). Willingness to work overtime/weekends as required. Location: Fairfax, VA (on-site).
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of commercial HVAC controls and building automation system experience
- Associate’s degree in related field (suitable experience can substitute)
- Experience with integration to 3rd party control systems
- Experience with commissioning
- Knowledge of software and computer language used to operate Tridium Niagara Framework (Niagara AX and/or N4; certification preferred)
- Knowledge of BACnet, Lonworks and Modbus protocols
- Valid driver’s license in good standing, state-issued
