Job Summary

Coordinate submittals, equipment selection, pricing, and ship dates while managing multiple projects from product selection through value engineering. Create and maintain job files, organize order entry data, and interpret building plans to optimize project stages. Communicate daily with owners, architects, consultants, and contractors to track IOM and submittal requests, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction. This entry-level role requires onsite work in South Austin for current engineering students to learn Texas AirSystems products and systems within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Aerospace or Electrical)
  • Must be detail and customer service oriented
  • Must have excellent organizational skills
  • Must be able to work well with others in a fast-paced & high-volume environment
  • Must be able to learn new skills and knowledge
  • Must be able to understand concepts and complexity comfortably

Desired Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of MEP consulting, architecture, design, CAD, general contracting, mechanical contracting, engineering or construction industry
