Meet with property owners in the Inland Empire area daily to identify heating and cooling needs through friendly, professional consultations. Survey residences to note square footage, layout, and system condition, then provide accurate estimations and persuasive sales proposals for energy-efficient upgrades. Deliver solutions that balance customer comfort with business profitability while educating clients on indoor air quality and peak performance systems. Some weekend and evening calls are required.
