Job Summary
The HVAC Construction Project Manager oversees HVAC projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and comply with safety regulations and industry standards. Candidates must possess relevant qualifications and experience in project management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, HVAC Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in project management within the HVAC industry
- Proven track record of managing multiple construction projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, construction processes, and project estimating
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with subcontractors, vendors, and project teams
