Job Summary
Looking for an HVAC Construction Foreman with 7-10+ years of experience for overseeing installation crews in commercial and residential projects. Strong leadership skills required. Pay ranges from $48-$52 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- 7-10+ years of HVAC experience
- Supervisory or lead experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and construction best practices
- General understanding of construction (Custom residential, light commercial, new construction and replacement)
- Ability to read construction drawings and manage project timelines
- Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills
- Team leader and team player
- Problem solver
- Critical thinker
- Optimistic and adaptable
- Computer literacy (Microsoft suite)
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work on ladders or in tight spaces
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- Must possess your own basic hand tools
