Job Summary
HVAC Commercial Service Technician responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems with a focus on commercial/industrial applications. Requires high school diploma, EPA certification, and significant HVAC experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- EPA Certified
- 7 to 10 years of Commercial/Industrial HVAC service experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Desired Qualifications
- Technical training or certification in HVAC preferred
- Knowledge of VAV/VVT HVAC systems experience preferred
- Building controls – ATC Temperature Electronic and Pneumatic controls
