Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Commercial HVAC Service Technician to install, maintain, diagnose, and repair commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Key responsibilities include diagnosing commercial HVAC systems, performing scheduled preventative maintenance, testing electrical components, identifying worn or defective components, maintaining accurate service records, and communicating with customers regarding system issues and repair options. A high school diploma or GED, a minimum of 3 years of experience, and EPA Universal Certification are required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 3 years of commercial HVAC service experience
- EPA Universal Certification required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
