Job Summary
Perform HVAC maintenance and repairs, complete preventative maintenance work orders, and troubleshoot basic plumbing, electrical, and building maintenance issues. Travel between commercial client locations to respond to service requests and maintain accurate service records. A company vehicle is provided for travel between sites. Requires 3+ years of commercial maintenance experience, strong HVAC troubleshooting skills, and an HVAC certification (EPA preferred). Valid driver's license and clean driving record required. Experience working from a service vehicle is preferred. Ideal background includes Commercial HVAC Technician, Facilities Technician, or similar roles from ABM, CBRE, JLL, or EMCOR.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial maintenance experience
- Strong HVAC troubleshooting experience
- HVAC Certification
- Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge
- Clean driving record
- Valid driver's license
