Job Summary
Commercial HVAC Installer sought to install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in commercial settings. Responsibilities include installing condensers, coils, furnaces, rooftop units, and ductwork; diagnosing electronic, mechanical, and electrical components; calibrating thermostats and controls; maintaining stock and tools; documenting equipment details; wiring customer invoices and collecting signatures; traveling to service areas and accommodating night/weekend emergencies; and identifying opportunities for additional business. Requires 5+ years of installation experience, strong customer service, knowledge of mechanical systems and building codes, MS Office proficiency, a valid driver's license, and ability to pass background checks. Growth with Reliable and a commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction are emphasized.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalency required
- Minimum of 5 years Commercial HVAC installation experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of mechanical systems and basic building codes as related to technical and mechanical competence
- Proficiency with MS Office products and advanced Phone Apps
- Valid Driver's license and the ability to maintain a clean driving record required
- Background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle record review (as applicable)
