Job Summary
Provide skilled service for commercial HVAC systems with a focus on large steam/hot water boiler systems in hospitals, universities, and large facilities. Responsibilities include diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and installing boiler-related equipment; coordinating project-specific tasks to meet contractual commitments; responding to high-volume service calls; communicating clearly with customers; following troubleshooting guides; ensuring safety and system operation; preparing and submitting service reports; and pursuing ongoing technical knowledge through manuals and memberships. Requires 5+ years of experience with commercial HVAC and large boiler systems, and a valid driver’s license. Relocation assistance is available.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years experience with maintenance of commercial HVAC systems
- Minimum 5 years experience servicing/troubleshooting/repairing large commercial boilers and burners (hospital boilers)
- Strong experience servicing steam boilers and large boiler systems (e.g., Cleaver-Brooks, Kewanee, Hurst, Superior, Power Flame, Riello)
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record as required by the company’s insurance provider.
