Job Summary
Meet with homeowners during scheduled appointments to assess HVAC system replacement needs and inspect existing equipment to determine job scope and pricing. Access HVAC equipment located in attics, crawlspaces, basements, or mechanical areas to provide professional recommendations for upgrades and replacements. Present customized solutions, financing options, and close sales in a one-call environment while delivering a professional customer experience from consultation through installation handoff. Work closely with installation teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Full-time, year-round schedule with 3–4 appointments daily and uncapped commission potential.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Comfortable accessing attics, crawlspaces, and other areas necessary to evaluate HVAC equipment

- Sales experience
- Experience in outside sales, home improvement sales, roofing, solar, pest control, or HVAC sales
- Comfortable building rapport and guiding customers through decisions
