Join ARS as an HVAC Comfort Advisor, where you will leverage warm sales leads to connect customers with essential HVAC solutions. This full-time role offers comprehensive training and uncapped commission potential, with the opportunity to earn $100k to $200k per year. You'll manage a territory using a company-provided vehicle while providing excellent customer service to enhance comfort in homes.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience selling residential services in home
- Ability to travel to pre-set appointments throughout your assigned area
- Proven work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills
- Willingness to put in long, sporadic hours and/or weekends as needed
- Willingness to go into attics and crawl spaces regularly
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record
