Job Summary
Conduct full commission HVAC sales by explaining technical systems to clients and establishing rapport. Communicate with customers to drive revenue while training junior team members on residential and commercial HVAC operations. Maintain a valid driver's license with a good driving record for in-field sales activities. Earn up to $400,000 in full commission plus a $300 sign-on bonus at R & T Yoder HVAC, Inc in Columbus, OH. Requires 4+ years of HVAC sales experience and knowledge of local codes.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of HVAC sales experience
- Knowledge of residential and/or commercial HVAC systems and local codes
- In field sales experience
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
