Job Summary
HVAC Comfort Advisor to meet with homeowners, perform complete comfort evaluations (heating, cooling, and IAQ), and present customized replacement/upgrade solutions while generating sales. Responsible for educating customers on options, preparing proposals/financing, following the company sales process, maintaining records, coordinating with installation teams, and delivering a five-star customer experience. Requires strong communication and presentation skills, evening/weekend availability, and experience with CRM systems and ServiceTitan.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of residential HVAC sales experience or related in-home sales experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to work evenings and occasional weekends
- Comfortable using tablets, CRM software, and ServiceTitan
