Job Summary
HVAC Sales Consultant / In-home Comfort Advisor for a 100% commission-based role in Frisco, TX. Responsibilities include presenting HVAC system replacement options and financing options to residential and light commercial clients, learning the One Hour sales system and ethical practices, performing heat load calculations, maintaining project margins as directed, conveying a safety-conscious attitude, and managing shared responsibilities such as maintaining the company vehicle and client interactions. Strong communication and technical competence are required, with a focus on ethical sales practices and customer education in designing replacement HVAC solutions.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Sales experience required
- HVAC trade experience a plus
- Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen
- Clean driving record
