Job Summary
HVAC Comfort Advisor meets with homeowners to evaluate heating, cooling, and indoor air quality needs; provides customized solutions for system replacements and upgrades; presents financing options and educates customers on products and services; builds trust and delivers outstanding customer service throughout the sales process; collaborates with installation teams to ensure seamless project completion; achieves and exceeds individual and team sales goals; documents all sales activity and maintains accurate records in CRM systems.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year experience in sales, preferably HVAC or home services
- EPA Certified preferred
- NATE Certified preferred
