Job Summary
Meet with homeowners and small business clients to assess comfort needs, identify system improvements, and present tailored solutions for HVAC, heat pumps, generators, and air quality products. Walk customers through energy savings and financing options to close sales, then collaborate with installation and service teams to ensure a smooth, high-quality experience. This full-time Monday through Friday role includes weekend work as needed based on demand, with a base salary plus performance incentives ranging from $150,000 to $250,000. Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License
- Must have the ability to pass a background check

Desired Qualifications
