Job Summary
Generate leads, pursue new business opportunities, and secure projects throughout the Polk County area. Familiarize yourself with products and services before proactively contacting potential customers. Demonstrate expertise by asking prospects about their heating and air conditioning needs, recommending appropriate solutions, and overcoming objections to close deals. Work independently with a typical schedule of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend work as needed. This role offers an uncapped earning potential of $150,000+ per year, including a base salary of $30,000 and weekly performance bonuses. Join a team with over 50 years of combined experience serving all types of air conditioners and heating and cooling systems.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of HVAC or sales experience
- Strong motivation to make sales, meet targets, and continuously improve
- Ability to travel throughout the Polk County area
- Ability to effectively work independently
- Ability to generate leads through proactive outreach and networking
- Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test
