Job Summary
HVAC Comfort Advisor responsible for examining residential HVAC systems, performing airflow analysis, load calculations, and infrared/static pressure measurements; determine the best equipment for customers' homes, create a plan, present options, and assist customers in making the best decision; work closely with the HVAC install team to ensure an excellent customer experience; requires HS Diploma or GED, prior residential HVAC sales experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite, and a flexible schedule for evening/weekend calls; physical ability to move equipment and crawl into attics; driving record and background check required; Service Titan experience preferred.
