HVAC Channel Sales Manager

Job Summary
Manage annual revenue growth for major regional and national distributors within the assigned channel by serving as the primary liaison for key accounts. Orchestrate field efforts with Zone Vice President Managers to ensure program execution, while compiling deep understandings of each account's culture and personnel. Stay informed on competitor programs and establish relationships with end-user customers to support pull-through sales. Execute strategies that maximize sales and uphold margins, refreshing product displays at all times. Requires 50% travel (two weeks per month), a Bachelor's degree, and three to five years of sales team management experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree
- 50% (2 week per month)- travel
- basic knowledge using Microsoft Office to include Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong team focus and ability to work with others, both internal and external to the organization
- Strong communications skills, verbal and written
- Must have versatility and flexibility in adjusting to changing business needs and priorities

- Must project an image with accounts that emanates professionalism, competence, credibility, and integrity

- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds
- Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
Desired Qualifications
- Masters Degree
- three (3) to five (5) years of experience in sales team management or national account responsibility
- Multi-year experience in sales forecasting, successful consulting, developing sales programs, and promotions
