Job Summary

Ensure all work complies with local and national HVAC codes and regulations while maintaining knowledge of residential systems, boilers, ductwork, and ventilation. This role requires a minimum of two years of experience as a Residential HVAC Service Technician, a valid driver's license, and the ability to interact effectively with customers in a fast-paced environment. Compensation includes a competitive hourly base pay of $35-$45/hour, a signing bonus up to $10,000, and benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Residential HVAC Service Technician
- Proven expertise in diagnosing and fixing HVAC and boiler system issues in residential settings
- Detail-oriented and skilled at multitasking
- Effective communication skills and comfort interacting with customers
- Confident and decisive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- A valid driver's license
- Company policy requires that all drivers be at least 21 years old
- Barstow & Sons may conduct a preemployment background check and drug test, subject to applicable law
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of residential HVAC systems, boilers, ductwork, and ventilation - geothermal experience preferred but not necessary
