Job Summary
HVAC BIM Coordinator role focusing on coordinating BIM workflows for multiple projects in Boise. Responsibilities include Navisworks clash detection, organizing viewpoints, attending coordination meetings, building and maintaining BIM standards, Revit templates, and family libraries, developing BIM best practices with training and documentation, collaborating with prefab to improve deliverables and workflows, leveraging automation tools to drive BIM efficiency, supporting multiple concurrent projects, tracking issues and meeting minutes, and occasional travel to active construction sites. Requires Navisworks and Revit experience (1+ year), AutoCAD experience is a plus, familiarity with Bluebeam Revu and Office 365, and strong communication/leadership for training and development.
Required Qualifications
- Navisworks Manage: 1 or more years
- Revit: 1 or more years
- AutoCAD is a plus
- Fabrication AutoCAD is a plus
- Proficient with Office 365
- Bluebeam Revu experience is a plus
- Deep understanding of construction projects, documents, & workflows
- Knowledge of installation means & methods, materials, & code requirements
- Proven ability to communicate, organize, and lead training & development
- Time-management skills to enable efficient support of multiple live concurrent projects
- Comfortable collaborating with multiple departments to achieve objectives
- Revit: 1 year (Required)
