Job Summary
Assist experienced HVAC Service Technicians on residential service calls, learning to diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain heating and cooling systems. Perform preventative maintenance on residential HVAC equipment, safely use hand and power tools while following company safety procedures, and provide outstanding customer service in customers' homes. Complete work orders using company software and participate in ongoing hands-on technical training. Earn while you learn with paid, hands-on training and a competitive hourly rate of $18–$22. Valid driver's license and EPA Certification or Massachusetts Plumbing Apprentice Card required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- EPA Certification or a Massachusetts Plumbing Apprentice Card
- A genuine desire to build a long-term career in the HVAC industry
- Mechanically inclined with a willingness to learn
- Positive attitude, dependable, and coachable
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Able to lift 50+ pounds and work in varying weather conditions
