Job Summary
HVAC Apprentice role working alongside seasoned technicians to install, repair, and maintain heating and cooling systems. Entry-level position emphasizing hands-on learning with responsibilities including assisting with installation and service of residential and light commercial HVAC systems, loading/unloading tools and materials, supporting diagnosing system issues, reading blueprints and wiring diagrams, keeping the job site and service vehicle organized, adhering to safety protocols, communicating with team members and customers, and attending training to pursue licensing or certification as required. The position includes on-the-job training, mentorship from certified HVAC technicians, and a clear path toward HVAC licensure and full technician status. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver’s license

- Ability to work in a team
- On-the-job training and mentorship provided
- Openness to pursuing licensing or certification as required
- Experience in HVAC, construction, maintenance, landscaping, or similar trades is a plus (not required)
