Job Summary
HVAC Technician in a residential setting performing installation, maintenance, service, and repair of HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, and related equipment. Role involves inspecting systems, diagnosing issues, recommending upgrades, installing/repairing ductwork, performing routine maintenance, testing systems for proper function, and ensuring safe operations under OSHA guidelines and NFPA 70E. Strong focus on customer service, documenting work, collaborating with dispatchers and technicians, and staying current with industry practices. Must have a high school diploma or GED (EPA certification preferred but not required) and a valid driver’s license; five or more years of related experience is preferred for this role.
Required Qualifications

- Five or more years of experience in related trade
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
