Job Summary
Shadow experienced technicians and installers in the field to learn installation techniques and customer service cues. Ask questions as you observe daily operations and prioritize expanding your HVAC knowledge and skills. Interact with customers and fellow employees while adhering to company core values. Work full-time, Monday through Friday, from 7am to 4pm or 8am to 5pm. EPA certification, ability to lift 50lbs, and a valid driver's license are required. Required Qualifications
- EPA certification
- Able to lift 50lbs
- Comfortable working from heights and/or small crawl spaces
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- General knowledge of the HVAC trade
- Self-motivated
