Job Summary
HVAC Apprentice responsible for assisting Lead Technicians with installing, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems in residential and commercial environments. You’ll learn the trade through structured mentorship, gain hands-on field experience, and work toward becoming a certified technician. Responsibilities include installing, configuring, cleaning, and maintaining HVAC systems and ductwork; learning electrical connections on furnaces and air handlers; brazing line sets and performing safety and pressure testing; preparing job sites, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. Strong emphasis on reliability, communication, and safety; preferred but not required are any current air conditioning, trade school, or EPA certifications. Requires the ability to travel up to 75% of the workday to local job sites and eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.
