Job Summary
Assist with HVAC system installation tasks while learning every aspect of the trade under mentorship from experienced technicians. Prioritize safety protocols and represent the company through quality workmanship that ensures customer satisfaction. Engage in hands-on, meaningful daily work focused on installing replacement systems for clients. This full-time Monday–Friday role offers $18–$25 hourly pay with opportunities for overtime and annual wage increases as skills grow. Required Qualifications
- Trade school completion OR 2 years of related skilled trade experience
- Valid NJ driver's license
