Job Summary
Maintain, service, and commission HVAC mechanical and control systems; perform preventive maintenance, diagnose and repair refrigeration, ventilation, electrical, electronic, and digital control systems; identify retrofit opportunities and provide system improvements; install and commission HVAC systems; review technical details for projects and provide accurate estimates; prioritize safety, troubleshoot and commission systems, and support client relationships through proactive communication and professional recommendations; ensure accurate work orders, documentation, and timely billing; mentor entry-level technicians and collaborate with on-site trades.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning, with 1–3 years of experience in a service-focused role within a related industry.
