Job Summary
Lead HVAC and chiller service sales by identifying new opportunities, developing relationships with existing and prospective customers, and building partnering ties with facility decision-makers. Drive profitable service relationships by assisting facility management with cost-effective recommendations for energy products and managing ongoing opportunities. Support project managers with coordination, permitting, and documentation while maintaining close communication with leadership to track progress. Operate in a field environment across multiple customer sites daily, reporting to the local Branch Leader to oversee the entire service team and all customers.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive field sales experience

- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent, and to draw and interpret graphs
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
- Mental stamina for problem solving and prioritizing multiple tasks
- Will be required to work in a field environment, at multiple customer sites daily
- Regularly required to use their hands to operate a computer keyboard and reach with their hands and arms
- Frequently required to stand, walk, and sit
- Continually required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
