Job Summary
HVAC Account Manager responsible for developing qualified maintenance/service and retrofit opportunities within the assigned market/territory; will solicit information from building owners, developers, and facility contacts to qualify bids and promote the company for inclusion on bid lists or exclusive maintenance contracts; prepare bid proposals and deliver sales presentations to win contracts; assist in collections and resolve customer issues; travel/drive to facilities as needed; benefits include medical/dental/vision, PTO/Holidays, 401K, vehicle/gas support, and profit sharing.
