Job Summary
HVAC Account Manager role with Way Mechanical overseeing development of maintenance/service and retrofit prospects, maintaining goodwill with current accounts, coordinating sales leads within the assigned market/territory, preparing bid proposals and conducting presentations to qualify for bid lists or exclusive contracts. Accountable for collecting delinquent accounts and resolving customer complaints; must be able to drive and navigate facilities (driving, moving in/out of vehicles, climbing ladders, traversing stairs).
