Job Summary
HVAC Account Manager responsible for developing qualified maintenance/service and retrofit prospects to generate ongoing business, maintaining goodwill with current sources and accounts, and entertaining clients; duties include calling on building owners, developers, and maintenance personnel to qualify work, organizing technical data and bid proposals, delivering sales presentations to qualify the company for contract maintenance opportunities, and assisting with delinquent accounts and customer issues; travel to assigned markets/territory and ability to drive and move within facilities is required.
