Job Summary
Greet guests like VIPs, assist with bowling gear and arcade games, and manage food running, hosting, and cleaning duties. Handle transactions confidently, promote deals, and upsell experiences while maintaining a safe, clean, and fun environment. Open and close the location professionally. This role requires standing for most of the shift, lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally, and working weekends, nights, and holidays. You must be available to obtain Food Handlers Certification and have experience with POS systems like Toast or Brunswick.
