Job Summary
Manage material inventory by making boxes for assigned lines, preparing resin rail cars, and grinding scrap while keeping work areas clean. Monitor and document key process parameters for auxiliary equipment, changing filters as scheduled or as needed, and report anomalies to maintenance leadership. Support team members in troubleshooting mechanical issues and adhere to all safety regulations and standard operating procedures. Maintain accurate records regarding resin inventories in coordination with the Production Scheduler. Participate in safety training sessions to ensure compliance with guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Basic mechanical aptitude with ability to assist in troubleshooting equipment issues
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines consistently
- Strong attention to detail with ability to accurately monitor, record, and maintain production data
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to support production staff and maintenance personnel
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas
