Job Summary
Manage material inventory, including resin rail cars and bulk trucks, ensuring supplies are readily available for production. Prepare boxes for assigned lines and support team members in troubleshooting mechanical issues. Maintain cleanliness in the grinding room and work areas while grinding scrap material. Monitor and document key process parameters for auxiliary equipment, reporting anomalies to maintenance leadership. Change filters and filter elements according to schedule or as needed. Follow standard operating procedures to ensure high-quality output and adhere to all safety regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Basic mechanical aptitude with ability to assist in troubleshooting equipment issues
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines consistently
- Strong attention to detail with ability to accurately monitor, record, and maintain production data
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to support production staff and maintenance personnel
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas
