Hurricanes Head Swim Coach - Part-Time

Manage and supervise all assigned competitive aquatics programs, developing swimmers' skills through practices, clinics, and meets while maintaining a safe, competitive environment. Supervise, schedule, and train assistant coaches; complete performance evaluations and provide ongoing leadership support to staff. Maintain accurate records of participant registration, attendance, progress, and injuries; complete accident and incident reports in a timely manner. Ensure facilities are properly prepared for events, including opening and closing duties, and verify payroll records for assigned staff. Attend practices, swim meets, parent meetings, and required trainings. This part-time role averages approximately 19 hours per week at the Buffalo Grove Park District.
