Job Summary
Part-Time Sales Lead at Hurley in West Palm Beach responsible for supporting store management to achieve sales targets, delivering premium customer service, maintaining store standards, completing restocking and merchandising tasks, and assisting with opening/closing duties. Role includes accountability for store-management coverage in the absence of the Store Manager and collaboration with internal/external partners to plan shipments and identify business opportunities. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and 1+ year retail experience; ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; fluency in English; and ability to stand and perform physical tasks as needed.
