Job Summary
Hurley Retail Sales Lead (Part Time) assists store management in achieving sales targets and long-term growth by delivering premium customer service and maintaining store standards. Responsibilities include embracing customer service training principles, building connections with customers, understanding and achieving sales goals, ensuring 100% zone coverage, developing product knowledge, adhering to retail standards (attendance, conduct, respect), completing daily restock and merchandising tasks, supporting store operations (front/back of house, shipping/receiving, opening/closing), and acting as store-manager on absence. The role also involves coordinating with the Store Manager and partners to plan shipments, identify opportunities, and execute product flow (markdowns, transitions, refill). Qualifications include a High School diploma or equivalent, 1+ year retail experience, English communication, relationship-building, courteous attitude, strong time management in a fast-paced environment, availability for evenings/weekends/holidays, physical ability to meet job demands, and being at least 18 years old. Required Qualifications

- Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
- Physical requirements include twisting, bending, squatting, reaching, climbing a ladder, lifting 10 lbs, and standing for extended periods
