Job Summary
Field Inspector for Insurance Loss Control conducts property inspections for utilities/building systems, takes 20-35 exterior/interior photos, measures with a measuring wheel or online tools, interviews the insured for operations information, and communicates inspection status through an online system. Completes inspection reports on the Loss Control 360 platform with Rapid Sketch and returns completed reports electronically. Preferred experience includes 3-5 years in commercial loss control inspections and knowledge of property, general liability, and workers' compensation lines. Must be able to work independently, manage time, and travel within roughly a 50-mile radius. Certifications such as CSP, OHST, ALCM, or ARM are helpful.
Required Qualifications
- inspector applicants who are qualified to work in the USA
- history of direct experience completing commercial line inspections and/or completed a training course such as the VIITA Basic Commercial Line Inspector course or its equivalent
