Hunting Team Lead

Provide daily direction to associates on merchandise presentation, inventory control, pricing, sales enhancements, stocking, and customer service activities. Execute merchandising directives, maintain planograms, and prepare weekly work schedules. Support departmental goals for sales, gross margin, inventory shrinkage, and payroll. Assist with staffing, interviewing, training, and performance appraisals while coaching associates to achieve better-than-average customer service results. Resolve customer and associate issues, conduct product demos, and promote programs like CLUB Membership and In-Store Pick-up. Maintain pricing and UPC integrity, determine proper assortments, and ensure accurate display and signing of advertised items.
