Job Summary
Greet and assist customers in selecting Hunting and Archery merchandise, identifying needs and making product recommendations. Demonstrate products, promote club memberships, and manage pricing and signage accuracy. Organize and replenish floor merchandise according to guidelines, maintaining a clean, stocked work area. Perform seasonal floor moves and operate machinery or power tools as needed. Remain product experts through ongoing training while adhering to all company policies.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years of experience in Retail
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Customer Service and Sales of Hunting/Archery Merchandise (NON-Firearms)
- GCA
- Ability to Merchandise and Stock Merchandise
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be able to lift 100 pounds or more
- Must be able to stand and/or walk constantly
- Must be able to occasionally ascend or descend ladders, stairs, ramps
- Must be able to occasionally operate machinery and/or power tools
- Must be able to occasionally operate motor vehicles or heavy equipment
- Must be able to occasionally work in tight and confined spaces
- Must be able to occasionally work in noisy environments
- Must be able to constantly communicate with others to exchange information
- Must be able to occasionally repeat motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers
