Hunting Manager

Hunting Lead responsible for identifying, converting and activating new merchant partners in the assigned zone; designs and executes field-based prospecting and conversion strategies, coaches the field sales team, and ensures onboarding and data quality in the CRM to meet merchant acquisition and activation goals. Combines street-level leadership with business vision to build scalable processes, develop the team, and drive a startup’s growth.
